Our summer adventures have begun...

Since we finished our Winter Dining we have been hard at work (well most of the time) getting ready for the Summer Sailings. We have new solar panels on the main hatch to provide greener off grid power (courtesy of a grant from DCC) , the cabins are reinstalled, safety equipment and engines maintained and serviced, and lots lots more. In amongst this Qiao found time to visit her parents in China and we exhibited at the National Outdoor Expo at the NEC.

The beautiful early spring weather came to a soggy end the day we transited down the Exeter canal back to the sea. With the masts lowered to get under the M5, we look a bit of a mess at the moment, but a few days and plenty of grunt will see us looking shipshape and Bristol fashion again ready to head off on the 5th May down the West Country coast to Falmouth.

We have places available on a number of our Summer Sailings for those who haven't yet committed to a summer holiday this year (reserve you place on line on our web site). If you can't join us do follow our blog's, which will feature the best of our adventures or follow our progress on the Marinetraffic.com (just search for SNARK or use our MMSI 232 013 802) which tracks our AIS transmitter for all to see.
